My new Obsession: Ronnie

Seriously I've fallen arse over tit in love with this guy.

Those of you who have no clue who he is..well the short n tall of it is, Ronnie Radke was the lead singer and co founder of Escape the fate.

Ronnie was kicked out of the band and replaced by Craig Mabbit. He was kicked out for his use of drugs dispite other members having the same problems but also because, Ronnie ended up getting into a fight, someone, not him had brought a gun, shots were fired and someone died.

Although Ronnie did not bring, handle, shoot the gun, nor did he kill anyone he was put in prison, made an example of possibly for his fame at the time.

The way the authority's justified his imprisonment was because he was the reason everyone had been gathered there on the night in question.

As far as I can see Ronnie has not lost his fans, there are many of us that see his imprisonment as his second chance to get off the drugs and continue doing what he was obviously born to do.

Considering he is behind bars Craig Mabbit's attempts at rubbishing Ronnie fail and I'm sure most peoples reaction to it are like mine...

I honestly feel someone like Craig who has what he has should be grateful, but instead he has to push it which to me is suicide for not only him, but also Escape the fate. It shows his greed and constant disregard towards people like me who don't have a lot. People like that will get there's eventually.

Ronnie was meant to be out Dec '09 but it was pushed again, last I heard was on Stickem, there was a phone call aired from behind the walls with him just checking in with his fans and answering our questions, he mentioned 61 days, so I assumed that means he's out in march 2010.

Either way it's possibly the most awaited event of 2010, Ronnie will not only be released from prison, but will collect his royalties from Escape the fate, possibly quite publicly and also as most know he's already got a band ready. Falling in reverse.

Personally i'm on the verge of squeeing!

You can write to him in prison, I have twice, as yet no reply but as he's said he gets maybe 25-30 letters a day I really don't expect to get one! If you want to write to him you'll find the address here.
